Brandon Hurd is the Founder and President of BHRS Companies, Hurd Construction Management, and Fabricon Modular. These three robust companies provide comprehensive construction management, contracting services, and modular manufacturing to businesses, managers, tenants, investors, and organizations throughout the Southeastern United States—with select export service to international customers abroad. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and technical certificates from Seminole State College. He holds state contractor’s licenses in Florida and Georgia, and is a licensed real estate broker in Florida.

Paul Arsenault II,
Director of Construction Operations
Paul Arsenault II, a Massachusetts native, graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management and was captain of the golf and wrestling teams. Upon graduation, Paul became a successful Construction Manager at his father’s family business, where he had worked throughout high school and college. With previous roles as Project Manager and Superintendent on large commercial projects—and the role of U.S. Operations Manager for an international specialty contractor, Paul’s past experiences positioned him to join BHRS Companies as its Director of Construction Operations, where he currently oversees Hurd Construction Management’s portfolio of contracted work.

Jake Nelson, Corporate Controller, has worked in the financial sector for over six years. He began his career at one of the largest accounting firms in the world, where he gained a clear understanding of how corporations perform financial statement audits. This experience allowed Jake keen insight into business operation strategies across multiple private and public companies in a variety of industries. Eventually, Jake narrowed his financial focus and now works specifically with the construction industry. Jake joined the Fabricon team in 2022, where he fully embraces Fabricon’s high standard for quality work and dedicates his time to executing on all modular projects with excellence.

Wesley Ginnick,
Preconstruction Manager
Wesley’s journey in the construction industry began in 2009, when he began working as an Assistant Construction Supervisor with Habitat for Humanity to help the rebuilding efforts following the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina. Following this formative experience, Wesley pursued a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Penn College, an affiliate of Penn State University. Wesley’s career has since included multiple construction management roles with organizations such as Kiewit Building Group, Amazon, Verizon Wireless, and Cresco Labs. His project portfolio boasts a diverse range, from projects valued in the tens of thousands to high-stake ventures in the multi-billions.
