Owner’s Representation & Construction Management

As a multi-state licensed provider our comprehensive construction consulting service as owner’s representative is specifically designed to support your construction project in a collaborative and transparent approach. Defining a project’s beginning, identifying potential or current construction bottlenecks, and monitoring or delivering an active construction rollout program are common areas our firm may help. Familiarity with the systems and regulatory policies, along with the relevant experience, affords Fabricon Modular’s project team firsthand knowledge of the challenges that will be encountered and the solutions necessary for various project scopes, size, and types.

Construction management uses proven project management principles and methods to manage the construction process. General Contracting

As a prime contractor, Fabricon Modular is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of your modular construction project, vendor and trade management, communication, and ultimately completing your project as specified.

Building Installation & Refurbishment

Even if you purchased your modular building or in-plant office product elsewhere, Fabricon Modular may be able to help. Our in-house team of first-line supervisors, technicians, and workers are OSHA certified, legally eligible to work in the US, and often able to ensure that your building installation, relocation, or on-site refurbishment is safely completed to the level of finish you desire.

Many interior and exterior finish systems can be added post-manufacture. We assure quality construction and service you can trust, including the most reliable and skilled builders. All installation team members have completed rigorous training in proper construction and safety techniques. Count on us for secure, detailed and timely installation of your new space.
