Cooperative Purchasing Programs

Fabricon Modular is pleased to offer buildings and services through previously awarded cooperative purchasing contracts. The contracts have been awarded through a competitive public bid and are available for use throughout the country.

What is a co-op?

Cooperatives are comprised of several member entities who combine to form a purchasing “pool” for procurement of goods and/or services.

The cooperative is organized through a “leading agency” that orchestrates the public bid process (on behalf of its members) for a particular product or service.

Once the leading agency awards the contract, the contract is available to its cooperative members for use.

What are the benefits of using a co-op purchasing contract?

  • Fabricon Modular has already been fully vetted by the leading agency.
  • You receive Fabricon’s consultative approach for your project.
  • Your modular building can be ordered directly from the cooperative contract.
  • The contract offerings are flexible, giving you added versatility.
  • You save time and effort by not having to create a bid package.
  • Risk is reduced in project planning, permitting, and completion.
  • Procurement is streamlined, and buildings arrive faster.
