The Modular Building Solutions Company is among a network of nationally recognized vendors devoted to providing innovative and cost-effective solutions for state and local governments and non-profits.
The contract 200902 (Permanent Modular Buildings (JOC)) grants Fabricon Modular the opportunity to equip entities such as K-12 school districts, Charter Schools, State and Private Colleges and Universities, Cities and Municipalities, State Agencies, Emergency Services Districts, and Non-profit-organizations with supplies and services for one year with annual options to extend.

The Interlocal Purchasing System, or TIPS, is a national purchasing cooperative that offers access to competitively procured goods and services to its membership. TIPS is housed at and managed by the Region 8 Education Service Center located in Pittsburg, Texas
